what is the standard boost pressure and where is it set on the standard gauge.
should be 7psi but sometimes I've seen 8psi on a standard car, just minor differences between two cars I guess.
As for where it is on the gauge I can't help as I've not use mine in ages, someone is bound to know and post soon but I'd surguest getting a decent aftermarket boost gauge

As a very rough guide as standard the turbo gauge on the rev counter should go two thirds of the way, to around 'B' or 'O' on turbo. A decent aftermarket gauge is the way to go ;)
Standard boost on 5 is nearer 10/11psi

Since when?
Mine was bonestock when I got it and ran 7psi

Your actuator must have been fecked then, as said above standard boost is indeed 10/11 psi
It's always been 10/11, as far as I know
10 psi carb top, 7-8psi manifold is close enough.
