I have seen problems with these items on : 1 x bmw 318 (94).
4 x renault 5 gt turbo
1 x Jeep (97)
1 x cavalier turbo
1 x clio (01)

What is it with these things,

On the renaults problems have been cheap old cat 2 immoblisers,
- Mates gtt back it 2002 started to burn under dash while driving,

- Other mate got one start of last year, a clifford alarm was fitted badley affecting fuel pump and battery going flat.

- Again a different mate still has car and problem. fuel pump is wire up as a alarm/immob is not allowing it to start. have not had a go at it yet :sad2:

- My car was just lazy at starting and draining battery as well as taken ages to engauge to actually start.

- Bmw, Comma alarm system was shot, was hard but good help from somone on phone i by-passed it

- Jeep and Cavalier burnt wires both being fix by insurence,

The cavalier is still not running right and shares somthing in common with the problemmatic lotus esprit my mam owns, Both radio/cd player were fitted at local place :cry:bad news that guy. ( he srewed speakers in mates rover 25 (brand new) and it come out thru to dint the outside of the door.

So common whos got what horror story. anyone been in a burning car ?
