What clutch

What clutch options have i got for my volvo lump? Its the later with the 215 flywheel.

It has a valeo in at the moment, i have been told that shachs are about the same quality. shachs clutch is £121+vat or have been offered a luk for £184.

I read on another post the shachs and valeo did not last someone 5 mins, they then bought an ap 4 plate paddle.

What about the 172 paddle?

Advice guys, i know its down to driving style, but im going to be giving it death and some 1/4 mile racing.

paddle for 1/4mile definately and not too bad for the road, but for track, they really munch into the flywheel. prob a 172 plate and cover, and while your there the even longer softer pedal 172 arm
