Parking Near Old Trafford?!

Does anyone know of a good, preferably cheap, place to park near old trafford? Me and a friend are coming up next saturday to watch a charity match and need to drive because its going to cost £58 each for a return journey!!!!!!

plenty of car parks, costing from £5 to £10, close to ground so just drive to old trafford and theres people ushering you in to them.

The more you are willing to walk the less you will pay. I have always managed to park within a mile for no more than a fiver. As has been said it's usually very well organised.

Park somewhere like Sale for free, and get the metro in maybe? Although a metro ticket would probably cost about £5 return...

Yea will probably cost the same (theres a car park at brooklands metro.. but you no the car will be safe in sale its a nice place. Apart from where Bric lives!
