peoples opinions?

Didnt really know where to put this so somone move it if its better suited elsewhere. Basically i dont kow what to do with the paint on my car. im thinking of rattle canning it matt black which i know a lot of people dont like but...the paint on the bonnet,drivers side and rear bumber is pretty rubbish it looks shiny but when you get up to it there are loads of little scratches/imperfections and the passenger rear quarter has some dents that need filling so im thinking this is the easiest option to get a consistent finish all over as i cant afford to have it professionally done as im supposed to be saving for a house the car is already black so that makes it a little easier? what would other people do in this situation? just looking for some advice really

I would pay to have the passenger rear quarter proffesionally done and forget about the rest :)

Matt Black is the best option for someone that doesnt particularly care what thier car looks like.

You however do seem to care so i would save and get the work done propper like.

matt or satin black can look cool but you cant beat a nice clean shiny car, it might be worth seeing if theres a collage in your area thad teaches bodywork cus they will be dirt cheep and becuse there fully supervised 9 times out of 10 it will come out spot on.

a friend of mine has a matt black VW caddy and is getting pulled by the cops a lot as it looks a little bit scrotey.

best bet get it sprayed or least bodywork flattened and primered awaiting more money
