i dont think any drug that helps you have a good time will ever be around long, it comes out then take 2 years to ban because England have so much red tape.. In my eyes nicotine/cigs and alcohol are just as bad or in the same class.. all do harm..

there are druggies and legal druggies, i choose not to touch any of it, maybe the odd pi55 up for a birthday or wedding..

alcohol and cigs are the worst. im not going to go deep into this but i believe that government will never want to BAN something that they gain so much from.

exactly:agree: its the goverments whole powerbase, and pacifys the people. but britains pubs are closing at a large rate across the uk because of rent/taxes. most of britains original trade was drugs and weapons.

oposite where i work is a chemist, you should see the amount of Methadone users outside during they day ques of them at times, i wonder how much drug corporations/goverment taxes are earnt from supplying Methadone. i know its to help people recover from their adiction but these turn up smashed already holding super t`s.

just a quick look on the net and as of 2006 there were 280.000 heroine usere in the uk. street value of Methadone is £1 a bottle dont know retail but x by 365 days thats £102200. a year of whos money:eek: big bizz

No real surprises there then, the debate on drugs will never be over, these are just new drugs that kids are going to want to experiment with, that will never ever go away FACT. Can drugs kill you yes, but like said so can smoking and drinking, we all know the facts and figures about the amount of deaths each causes. If one person dies from a new drug its headline news, tens of thousands die relating to cigarettes and alcohol every year.

I hate this argument, if you don't or have never taken drugs you will always have the view that they are all bad, if you have taken drugs, you will never convince someone that has not that they are wrong.

I'm not a smoker, and very rarely have a drink, i know people who still take drugs, but thats something thats behind me. Nice cup of tea and biscuits now I'm afraid.

I grew with the 90s and spent the best part of 15 years experimenting, never robbed anyone, hurt anyone or caused any kind of real problems. I managed to keep a job and have never been on the dole, i have saved money, gone on holidays, bought a flat then two houses.

I now have a son and this is a worry for me, are drugs good or bad, he will have to choose his own path in life, i will just do my best job as a dad to keep him safe.
