Fitting morette head lights

Just bought a pair of morette head lights, they has three bulbs; dipped, main and what I assume on the outside to be fog lights.

So here is my problem, I have the original head light connections- so dipped and main only. But the lights didn't come with and additional wiring for the 3rd, what should I do to get the third one functioning?

Any wire diagrams etc would help.
