Gearboxes

First post!

Just been to the scrap yard on the lookout for a gearbox for the 5..... seen the usual 19 16v and campus etc which are no good to me.... i know that the boxes from the 440 and 480 turbo fit..... but i have noticed there is a volvo 480 na engine up there with a box... just woundering if this is the same box used in the turbo versions and if it could take the strain??

if it makes anyone feel better, me lill bro is now a 5 owner.... 250bhp of throttle bodied vauxhall corsa, to a 22year old renault 5..... lol
