Mines orderd up £45 is well cheap for a open pitlane track day. It's gives me a date to aim for aswell to get this car running properly. Shame I can't make pod as that's ideal for a test and tune day.

Matt you are just bigging this up arn't you? ;) It's mad isn't it, put me in a real quandry as to whether I take the T and have a little fun or the 5 and sit around watching.

I am more into the National day for specting and meeting the members and playing with the 5's if peeps need help after some track thrashing problems :laugh: also love getting the pics of the 5's and other car's that attend.

Thankfully there is a 2nd entrance to Mallory which I used when I exited / left last year further up the road (had no speed humps from what I can remember) I plan on using this entrance to enter Mallory this year as I don't really want to be under my own car putting my sidey back on.
Im looking forward to it, just cant decide what vehicle to take! both would be nice will have to wait & see:coffee:

Woohoo! just booked 2 weeks off for the begining of Aug, 1 week at the Nurburgring, chill out for a few days then ND, that's my kinda holiday! :D still 2 weeks left as well! :devil:

Guys, can anyone answer another of my dumb questions?
I'm going to buy a track & entry ticket for me, but if I want someone to come with me, entry only, not as a track passenger, do I just buy an entry only ticket and with that can they get in the pits?

Exactly right. Anyone can get in the pit. If they wish to passenger with you then they can buy a passenger wristband on the day for £2 :)

More often that not yeh... and ofcourse members often have people drop out last min and sell track time cheap (can be done on the day if they (seller& buyer) let a committee member know)

they have a pump on site, but its more expensive than local garages. best to fill up before you come and have a few cans to top up.

im not sure of the exact number left but they dont usually sell out untill nearer the time, but the price will be going up closer to the event.

good stuff ...some real competition at last from a proper car with all the bits in the right place :scared:;)

Booooooo just when im trying to get away from the porkys theres going to be one at Nat day :rolleyes::)... Im surpose to be at Oulton Park on the day of nat day with work helping out in the porsche club championship/ GT3 Cup... They can suck my dangles tho... Mallory here i come...:D be good to see a GT3 tho in a mixed field of Renault turbos... :)

pah , i have the cup booked in at k tec , everything group a , im promised a 360bhp for my ten grand...so there...:wasntme:...:laugh:, sounds like he will be busy with passenger rides, i feel another list coming on...:laugh:

Ok Question.... Last year me, scoff, andy cook and few other members got stuck at the gates as the track just about opened, i think we arrived 8.30-9am cant remember.. we had to wait for over an hour for them to stop the track so we was able to get to the paddock with our cars... Ok no big deal we could have left our cars on the camp site and walked, drama over.. but this year can we Make a cut of time Clear and if the track will get stopped mid morn etc so if anyone wants to get there car in to the show area they can...

Dave i was aware of a cut of time for the races, but i wasnt aware of a cut time to get in the show it self with your car... Maybe i missed that part.. :)
