I did my lessons with BSM via the Army , thought they wasn't that bad ... Are they ?

I wouldnt ever put people with BSM... ofcourse you get the odd 1 or 2 drivning instructor with them that are good... but 70% of instructors are trainee's... when you get a hair cut and they offer you a trainee you get a discount right??? How comes its not the same with instructors?

Also BSM have a huge franchise fee... they instructor has to pay that & the fuel etc... so they has huge out goings... do you think they will get you passed asap or by as many lessons as possible?

Although BSM do deals with the army... so they may charge £800 per person to get through, so if the person is ready after 10 lessons.... thats £80 per lesson result..

I learnt with BSM and I didn't fork out alot of money, nor did I have countless lessons, infact my instructor told me to book my test after 5 lessons, which I did and passed pretty easily. Mind you driving lessons didn't cost what they do now 7 years ago.

i had three aswell same as one was for the warm before test. :) only got 2 minors!

I had zero. I booked my test the day i was 17 and passed with 3 minors. Although my Granded blu-tac'd a glass 1/3 full of water to the dashboard and told me i wasn't allowed to take the test until i could drive to Thirsk (~5 miles) and back without spilling any. Much more difficult than i first thought :laugh:

that accident was in headington in oxford :sad2: was only on there 2nd lesson im guessing the didnt have a 3rd :laugh::wasntme::laugh::laugh:
