New poster! (less than 10 posts)
Been scouring a couple of local scrapyards today and went to the usual A5 salvage on the A5 strangely enough. after being told that i could get sunroof fixings from a 106 i had look round their yard and i actually found one with the right fittings.:)
after removing the parts i did what every good honest person does and told the bloke what i had taken and he wanted to charge me for £10 for 3 plastic/ally parts that sit on the outside of the sunroof.:mad:
i asked him if he was joking to which he said no so i decided to walk off:sad2:
he actually done me a favour cos i went to a different yard and found a 5 campus and a extra van with loads of useful stuff. he charged me a tenner for a basket full of stuff...:p
