Bought some big brakes(285mm) but when on they rub on the inside of my 15" wheels? Car is in MOT as we speak, any ideas please?:cry:

Bought some big brakes(285mm) but when on they rub on the inside of my 15" wheels? Car is in MOT as we speak, any ideas please?:cry:
They shouldn't rub on 15's as I run the 285 mm kit on my 5 with OZ ultra Lg's and I have a few mm clearance but saying that I have heard the calipers can catch on the turbines. Only thing to do is either skim down the top of the caliper or put some standard discs on and remove the extender brackets for the time being.

Some wheels will rub....
& are you sure its 285mm not the 288mm kit?
Cheers for reply's. Just checked description and they are 286mm
Just chatted with lad doing my car and if they didnt have TSW's on the discs would fit, just my luck..
Looks like CGB are getting a call as they can have me new discs here tommorow.
Anybody need 286mm discs, LOL
