There's two sizes. The phase 1 runs a smaller i.d pipe than the phase 2, although the actual diametre's have totally slipped my mind.

The ph2 is going to be the more common type anyway and is the larger of the two.

For some reason 19mm and 16mm seem strangely familiar, but it's been a while since I measured them.

i have the ph2 return, i measured the silicone pipe and its 22mm I/D. the feed coming out the t28 is 20mm O/D and im getting crappy leaks as it wont seal. its a straight pipe with no flare at the end either.

You sure it's not the gasket leaking?

no its definatly the pipe. its a loose fit inside the silicone elbow and no matter how tight i do the jubilee up it leaks out. i need a larger oil drain. do you have these in stock adam?

I should really make a few as people are always asking. It's not a massive job, but I can't do it in 5 minutes either. No welding needed either and you can have a genuine ph2 return fitted onto a T25 return flange.
