Make sure the batt terminals are on tight also check the ht leads are all on properly. Finally check no wires have come off the starter motor

Is it turning over but not firing, just clicking, do the lights come on? Little bit more information.

could have knocked the tdc plug in the AEI if you were being very ham fisted changing the battery

also, does it have an alarm/immob that needs to be reset?
