ignition barrel removal

I have taken a steering column out of my old car and need to remove the barrel, I have done it before but can`t remember how to do it again:laugh:

I have removed the screw which hold the barrel in so that can taken out of the equation :)

any help is all good:D

put the key in and turn it there is a mark on the barrel that needs to line up. i just turn it very slowly whilst pushing the retaining pins in and pulling the barrel. slides out easily.
