£30 sounds cheap but i bought 2 T2`s for £50 a while ago and the one i put on is still working ok with no smoke running 14 psi ;)

Ebay is always a gamble though when buying items like turbos, I remember buying one for a mini turbo I did years ago and the so called recon turbo turned out to be absolutely shagged, back then paypal didn't guarantee your money back either so I only ended up getting half of it back.
