Dash lights

The lights on my dash were the heater controls and the window buttons are have stoppd working, how would I fix this?

It could well be the bulbs lol but how to I get to them?

.. None of them work, the lights on my steering dash all work fine tho

Id go more towards bulbs then, as they are all linked together if anything else was wrong.

How do you change the lights? Is there a way of getting to them?
