I'd like to set my boost pressure to 18psi. But I only have a std. actuator, so with shortening the rod I think it is not posiible? I'd like to get this boost @ manifold.

I'm trying a combination af rod shortening and bleeding the actuator pipe. (I have Cup mod).
What would be the best solution for the setup?
Shortening the rod as much as possible and using a very little bleeding, or leave the rod std, and apply bigger bleed?
Or buy a Garrett T31 actuator?

Thanks in advance!

Yes this should be possibe but don't think about starting to do it until you have upped the fueling first

buy a -31 actuator mate, bleeding is the cheap way to do it and can cause problems, get the bigger actuator, set it to 18 psi and leave it alone, jet it correctly and all is good

Fueling is ok. I have afr and egt in the car.
Shall I search a collins or a garrett actuator?

Thanks

you planning on running 18psi on a standard T2 and intercooler?
