oppinions on what plugs to run please

standard plugs wich are a heat rating of 7
or escort turbo plugs bcr 8 es

std volvo, std 5 campus, std 5 gtx. basically std anything. i usually set the gaps to .8 too. also std dizzy, rotor, leads, if all in good working order will work fine.
