Front Foglights

How do boys and girls...

Now that the temp outside is more than -10 its time for me to get out there and start pithering with the wagon.

Unfortunately my front fogs on my white 5 are refusing to work.. I'd really appreciate some ideas on what could be wrong (bulbs are fine and switch on the dash works and lights up the light on the instrument dial).

Foglight loom connector. I had the same problem not so long ago, but nothing that a pair of wire cutters & bullet connectors couldn't sort.

:agree: Or even just clean up the male parts with a wire brush as a first try.

Just throwing in my 2p, anything electrical it's always worth having a multimeter to show you're getting power at certain points. IMO rules certain parts out :ashamed: 1 of the best things i have in le toolbox :)

Thanks dude, I just knocked out a multimeter on the bay for a couple of quid.. always gonna come in handy

I know I posted this one a while ago but finally got round to investigating lack of front fog light.. it ended up being the relay (sits behind the drivers side headlamp).

So for anyone else with this prob try this as well as other suggestions above.
