Should a stored engine be able to be turned over by hand?
ive had an engine sat for a yr, put it in a car, ran fine :)

should turn by hand yes , if its not turning on the crank pulley bolt man up
an extra gear :agree: or come to terms the engine is fookered :cry:

new build would indicate good compression, whip plugs out and give it another go ;)
