You will need the following....

Nissan 200sx turbo
custom oil feed pipe
possible different oil return pipe, depending on what you have just now
Rotation of cores
Possible modification to actuator bracket/rod
compressor adaptors might be required
If you do not want too much lag (full boost before 4000rpm then a tomcat turbo .49ar rear housing is required to replace the .64ar.
Hope this helps:)

Good advice Miller one further question is the .49 a straight fit in place of the .64 housing or does it need machining out?

From what i remember the tomcat turbo has a square edge turbine heat shield and so does the 200sx and they both share the 54mm inducer exhaust wheel so it does not need machining.

If you ask the turbo wizard he will be able to confirm this;)

ive never got a T28 with a .49 housing to ever spool full boost (22psi) before 4000...even with arollerbearing one... :scared:

all of t28's ive had have taken up to 4300-4500 to reach 22psi.... depending on gear...

You can identify the chra with the number but not the housings and compressor wheel
