Sign of the times I'm afraid. I used to by mags like that every month years ago until I got rigged up with the internet I don't bother with mags anymore.

Nowadays I can pick up my iPod touch, be on the Internet instantly and read posts on here or other forums I like, much rather do this than waste a fiver on a French car mag that only has one article about a 5gtt

the letter i got from kesley publishing states the following

it is with deep regret that kelsey publishing group announces the closure of perfomance frech gars mag.

having owned it since 2008 kelsey publishing has developed the title steady and general feedback has been very positive, with readers and specialist trade alike praising both the diversity of content and quality of feature cars.
However in novemeber last year kelsey publising begun to focus its efforts more towards the classic car portfolio, in particular its all-new weekly publication classic buyer and two quality monthlies classic car mart and classic car world.

coupled to challenging marketing conditions that have affected the whole performance/modified car sector, it has therefore been decided that kelsey can no longer continue investing in performance french cars mag at this time.

Sign up to the site and can post all you like on here about your car (without the caps lock on though ;))

Just pay £25 & join here then, there aren't many more places where you'll find 'die hard' R 5 'gt turbo' fans, unless of course you do have a nice 5 turbo ??

To be honest it doesn't suprise me, compared to any of the other mags out (performance ford, VW, Retro cars etc) it doesn't seem as good or as technically minded.

I personally hate Fords but find myself buying it every now and then for the pure fact it likes running features on engine conversions and more cars which i'm interested in (power cars with conversions:D)

Same, I bought the French one twice, when Mudslinger's car was in it and Tommy B's feature.
I buy Performance Ford every month, a much better read and they have KA's in it too sometimes :D

I agree with the above if it was more technically minded it would have been better.

The only mags I buy now are/were PFC and PPC.

My fiancee got me a subscription to pfc for my birthday a few weeks ago lol. She got it because the only place i could buy it from closed down, am i jinxed or something? lol people think the recessions over, but more and more people are loosing jobs and buisnesses keep closing. I think theres still worse to come unfortunately :(

There have been a few. And a 2.5 V6, which is now a 3.2V6 Omega engine
I'll see what mags I can find with the conversions and PM you, or I could bring them to Ace next week if you're going again?
