Heater Matrix Change

Right, my foot wells are getting damp and the carpet under the centre console is slightly pink so I'm guessing the heater matrix has sprung a leak.
I've read up on the articles about changing it, but wondered if anone had changed one with out removing all of the dash?

Any tips or pointers will be greatly appreciated :)

Afraid to say mate, easiest way to do it is take the dash out. Its a big bulky thing and there is no room to undo the bolts that secure it, pull it from bulkhead and out unde dash.

the dash is'nt too bad to remove,just make sure u mark everything and even take a couple of pics!!:)
