have i been given the right fuel filter???

got this fuel filter from my local motor factors, does this look right to go on a 1988 ph2 5 gt turbo??? how the heck to the fuel pipe screw into the filter, i`m sure the filter on my raider years ago was totally different than this.

as mark says its wrong. i was once given that type of filter too. must be a part number mixup somwhere.

the correct one has push fittings for 8mm ID hose.

Jim, ph1`s have a clear inline type fuel filter that sits pre fuel pump. Ph2`s have a larger metal type filter that sits after the pump IIRC. As you have the crossover model GTT, im not sure which type of filter you have ??

Thanks Krissy, there is a metal canister thing next to the fuel pump so it must be the metal one i need, everything is caked in underseal so need to have a proper look

Hi, I keep the right ones in stock, both OE and aftermarket. Next time just ask.:agree: That one is out of the wights parts book it cross referes the wrong filter.
