Date of Liability 01 03 2007 means that the tax was due back in March 2007 so hasn't been on the road for 3 years.

Think if had been scrapped it would of said it in there somewhere. Could be its off the road for number of reasons like a few 5's on here, mine being one was last taxed Jan 07
