what oil wound evrybody recomend for an oil change?

It's been discussed to death, and everyone has their own opinion (a search will reveal more). Mine is, that the C1J is not too fussy, and will run on just about anything. I use the cheapest semi-synth I can find.

btw, this thread will be moved to the gtt section.

As bill has said the cheapest semi synth will be fine. Get it from tesco or asda £20 will get ya 4 litres. Don't waste ya money on mobil 1 fully synth. It's far too thin for a high milage gtt engine IMO
