We should have some left on the day, so just ask at the shop if you would like one:D

Dawn, I have a circuit race / track only car, obviously not road legal and as such doesn't carry an MOT cert etc, info sheet says road worthy, I assume means normal road use, is it still possible to run my car?

Further in the shop, the discount doesn't appear to multiply with multiple ticket selection; you need to enter singly to get the discount for each ticket. Please check.

Thanks,
Martin

I have set it as a £ amount to knock off so I can alter it easily .
I could set it as percentage as per the std shop discount but that would then apply that to every item on that order .
It also helps me keep track of who has ordered what and whether they are fully paid up members :p

Hi Martin,

We've got a few "CUP" cars on the track which are sole race cars and are not road legal so you will be ok with your own track weapon! :niceone:

Hi Steve - thanks for the confirmation :) I'll get another ticket :p. Unfortunately it's not a Cup or a Renault, but
I'm sure it will have some Renault in her by the time she's back together :) In my defence, I hope to have a GTA turbo tub there as well, keep CLee company.
Hoping to get my X19 out for some fun, been mothballed for nigh on 10 years all told :( got to knock togethr a new motor first...

Yes of course Marcus, bring her along. If you wish, we can try to arrange the kiddies lunchtime track time again. By this, we don't mean let your toddler out on track driving your car! Whilst everyone else is out to lunch the marshalls kindly let on some parents with kiddies in their cars, to do a few slow laps while no noisy fast boys are in the way :)

I could bring her little tykes coupe car and get that on the track for a bit

As I understand it, if you ARE an RTOC member and you pay for Track & Entry it will cost you £55 up until the 6th August, then £60 thereafter and on the gate?

And if you turn up on the day and are NOT a member it will cost you £80 on the gate?

Also passengers will need their own entry ticket @ £15, then if they want to go out on track as a passenger an extra £2 yeah?

Sorry about the questions, I just keep seeing different prices in threads and in the PDF :)

Come on stu!! I was hoping to get a look at the car!!!:sad2:

stu21t
06-08-2010, 12:01
1 of the charge coolers is split and leaking, under boost I have a boost leak into the water circuit, it pressurises the water side and blows the pump in half,
And under vacuum it sucks water into the engine.

And if I disconnect the water side and bridge the pipes so it's a sealed but non working cooler, and run with just 1 cooler working my inlet temp go to 90degrees.

So I sent the cooler off for repair and was told it's beyond repair and I need a new 1.

Problem is to replace what I've got is £500 and I don't know how effective it will be once I up the power.

So I'm looking into keeping the 2 I have, 1 working 1 non, and making a new 3rd 1 to add to the mix.
It will be a 12" long 5" square garret bar and plate rated to 750bhp alone. And it will run under the engine replacing the pipework, so no extra length in the boost circuit.

But again it's a lot of money, but I want to do it once and properly.

Thanks for the offer tho guys.
