bb tuning racing cam questions

what spec are they eg 270,285 etc
also does anybody know what the timing setting are for the cam ?

Which BB cam you refering to mate as i think they sold a few, most of the were Piper cams i think anyway

Depending on which cam it is they would either be set to 110 or 112deg

well the fella whos selling it informs me that it has 270 stamped on it so id imagine its there 270 spec one ?

Yeah that will be a Piper 270 cam then.
Think they get set to 110deg so standard wheel could be used as that is 110deg also but worth fitting vernier just incase the grind is slightly out

depends where it says 270, they all have that cast on the side, what's on the face at the gearbox end?
