rear wheel bering fittment

hi guys
just had my wheel bearings delivered, so will be fitting them tonight/tomorow.

i was thinking to make it easyer for me would warming the disk up in the oven ease the fitment.
or would i be wasting my time?

Just press them in mate no heat required.
