mexican chilli filled pancakes with melted cheese and guacamole and hot hot sauce on the top!

every year we make a savoury type then a sweet for desert.

for savoury we had pancake filled with creamy chilly chicken garnished with masala.. very tasty.!

for sweet we had pancake cooked with rind of orange and then dusted with white sugar and juice of the orange. also the same but with lemon.
