Evening :)

Hi am Matt, 25 from Harlow essex,

Decided finally to sign up after 5 years of owning renault 5 GTT's And after Ummm'ings and Arrrgh'ings Bit the bullet ! not quite sure why its actually taken so long but here I am.:laugh:

Heard many of good things about RTOC so looking to get stuck in. Dont actually currently own a Renault infact the only thing I happen to own are my legs. Having been made redundant last year I was forced into selling my renault 5 :dearme:.

But ....... Am moooching around for a 5 that catches my attention , Ive owned a

red phase 1 , Very much standerd , infact besides the colour coded bodykit and phase 2 interior it was more or less a standerd 5 . Lasted lets see 6-8 months dropped a big end bearing! . :sad2:

Then I picked up a Imperial blue G plate , slammed it , white wheels , large FMIC , blue leathers , Looked really nice. Not quite sure what I did to it but i woke up to come out side to find well lets say a lakes worth of oil. So got very :cry:And got rid .

Used the money to then Buy my Glacier white H 'reg Phase 2 Spent quite a fair whack on that IMO .

But Redundancy struck and left me scratching my head :scratch:
then sold it. Actaully gutted as I had quite alot ofplans , I do have pictures of all the cars so will some time later post these up

So thats me

Welcome to the club Matt, some of us have had to sell a 5 and not really wanted to but for personal reasons. I've had 4-5 in my time in the 5-6 years of being on the club. Just as importantly i've met some cracking friends and been to some brilliant places with RTOC club members in that time :cool:

Hey Ricardo .. yeah Mate seen a fair whack of people having to sell up but , How ever I am one that says , Get up and move on , plenty more chances to own a renault 5 gt turbo I dont really do sulking .....

(Not what my mum says Hahahaha )

And I can't wait to get envolved in RTOC's days I can't believe I didnt join up years ago ,

Wasn't a happy bunny with his bhp out put ... On my defence I did advise him it needed to be set up.

Hows he getting on with it ?

My eyes were stinging last nite after around 5 hours reading ... :laugh:

Yeah Ben, not sure what he has done with the car, just always say it parked up by the side of the road, then just disappeared so dont know what happened to it.

Yeah remember seeing he weren't happy with power output, just up the boost and fuel to suit.

He was looking at reshelling the car as well as he weren't happy with some bits of rust on there, another which I couldn't quite work out really as it was just some surface rust from what he was describing.

Well rot wise quite minimal I thought,

thinking the front os inner wheel arch 'just behind the light' was the worst .

I've just seen your pictures of the raider you cut up.. Did'nt leave much to spare shassis wise did you chap.:laugh:

You know when you read so much and you think , 'Hey am getting some where . . ' well every time I think that I find even more Topics ! . . :coffee:

Also though , Know when you sit and think hell Im starting to know a little bit .. Well I did until I came on here and its just wiped that theory out theres so much to learn , :laugh::laugh:

Obviously a good thing is that ! . Early days yet although I know or / seen some of you over on the other site everyone seems real easy to get along with , so top marks there

yeah that Live link its the doggys danglys means I dont have to persistantly search through the most active threads :smokin:

I've seen or shall I say I've viewed quite a few peoples pictures on here and they have twisted my mind on what I am after now lol ...:agree:
