All my door cards are off at the moment and i would like to sound proof the inner rear quaters, front doors etc. Is there any foam stuff or material (cheapish) that i can put in to help with road noise and just the general flimsyness of the gt panels and doors. Also whats the sealant stuff that the factory used to bond the cards to the doors at fitting? It would probably help with overall interior rattling too.
