suspension height

can anyone tell me what the suspension height is
on a standard car, and were you take the
measurements from

i'm sure it's in the haynes manual, how and where to measure the height.

front underbody height,turbo models from 1988, 101mm
rear underbody height, turbo models from 1988, 124mm

rear height is measured from the centre of the torsion bar
front height is measured from centre of front wheel
