Welder/bodyshop??

Hi There,I'm sure this question comes up often,but can anyone recommend a good welder/bodyshop in london ,preferably east london?as I need to have some welding & bodywork done very soon so would love to know of a good place to go,as I've come accross some shockers in the past!!
