intercooler

not long had the carb set up on the rolling road but iv got a standard intercooler, i want to change this soon but will this mean the carb will need setting up again as the air flow will be different, im looking at a double capacity alloy one.

any info will be great. thanks

Matt, just sent you a PM, but an intercooler will not increase air flow, it just cools the temperature of the air, hence a bigger intercooler should make the air cooler.

oe intercooler is good for approx 20lbs before acts get on the very warm side...*I think* :p

so would i be throwing money down the drain by getting myself the double capacity as im only running 14psi, or would there be some benifit.
