Send Mike (phase 1 16v turbo) a message, sure he's got a few lying about

do you mean the pin inside the door shut? does the latch lock if you use a screwdriver to shut it?

Adjust the catch on the shell use a Torx screw to do it may take some fettling to get it right.

my raider had this problem, even new door catch pins didn't solve it, ended up jacking up the doors as they had dropped, now when they are fully dropped they are lined up... shuts first time now

Pin on the door shut is fine, its the lock / latch that is fubar, i had it out the weekend.

If you run a screw driver into the side of the latch to replicate the pin on the door shut, you can just pull it straight back out again, its not holding the pin / locking

Needs a new one

A load of wd40 & working the mech in/out with a screwdriver fixes them;)

try warming the mechanism up with a paint stipping heat gun, whilst spraying in the WD40. it happened to mine too years ago, the grease goes like rubber/plastic and gums the whole lock up!
