campus rear windows removal?

just brought a campus for parts for my gtt, and i want to use the windows just they seem to be in one full seal, is there a certain way to get them out and refit? as i dont want to be breaking anything..

The rear window on my campus were held in by the rubber seal so a lie on the back seat and push it out with your feet, remembering to have someone outside to hold and stop it hitting the floor
