driving licence expiry date

just had my mrs tell me to check after her friend said hers had expired and my has to just looked it up another £20 to the dvla to get my photo renewed must be earning them loads.

Yep another £20 but then it beats the £1000 fine or whatever it is for driving without a valid license which many have been caught out for.

well mine just run out oct 09 just ordered the renewal pack from dvla going to get new photo tomorrow 10 years since i past my test and around 300,000 miles under my belt and just 3 points in the whole time, for doing 37 in a 30.

I had to change from paper to photocard when i did hgv licence ten years ago! got to renew mine this month and i've had lots of people telling me to a photocopy your old one inc entitelments due to the dvla losing peoples entitelments ie:hgv motorbike or if you passed before 97 minibus over eight seats trailer over 750kg or 7.5t vehicles!!!!:crap: keep a eye on it chaps especially if say you drive for a living and need those entitlements:)
