Just how ****ing **** can they get?

Waited 31 days to simply get existing phone line switched to our existing number at new existing

2 days later the utter ****s then terminate the service stating we are moving home!

9 1/2 hours on phone so far, even had the CEO emailing to apologise and promise to sort it

Huh, yes they do seem a bit incompetent I must admit! My phone line is down at the moment and they seem to have diffuculty in just arranging an engineer to come out and have a look at it! :rolleyes:

but then they have been for last 48 hours and still ain't reconnected the phone that was only installed on monday and cut off by the ****s on wednesday :sad2:

bloddy quick for bt phone cust services and they can put the other numbers straight back.

Woohoo, not only have the 'Executive Level Complaints Department succesfully arranged for open reach to give us the wrong number but the ****s have connected our correct number to our neighbours line instead
