As from today you will no longer get an individual receipt for each item posted .You will just the total cost receipt .
This does not identify the items in any way except for its postage cost .
So how do you make a claim ?
Well it seems you have to fill in a ' Certificate of Posting ' for each item with the Name ,Address etc and then they will initial and stamp it ......

This might be OK for the general public but when you are sending a dozen or so packages a day then it going to take a hell of a lot longer for a businesses to process
I reckon it will add another 1/2 hour a day for us to do it .
I might be being cynical but I reckon it's so a lot won't bother and so less claims will be made :agree:
They really are trying very hard to lose business these days

DHL etc would cost us a lot more .
Again this is OK if you are a private individual or a large organisation but for a small business it cuts into profits big time .Or main running costs are postage and card processing apart from stock of course .
