R26 F1 questions

Hi All

does anyone own an R26 or the F1 versions?
im trying to weigh up the pros and cons of buying one of these beasts!
whats the fuel conumption really like etc.
you see websites claiming between 25 - 32 etc and i just wondered if anyone has one of these and has a better estimate of their running costs.

anyone had any breakdowns or issues with them?

Are they built well? not being funny or anything but my old renault 19 was built better than a lot of new cars. the plastic trims and interior pieces just look so flimsy.

also anyone heard of an R26 with a side exit on it? would this be achievable???? :)

have a look on meganesport.net, I don't own a r26 or F1 but a 175 DCI which is the same spec etc aprt from engine.

Build quality I think is pretty good on them, handling very good and brakes are too.

Have you thought about a 175 DCI instead of an F1 if your worried about running costs.

Remap sees over 200 bhp and 45 plus mpg.
