Photo needed of Forge carb top

hello peeps, does anyone have a photo of a forge alloy carb top?

Fitted to a 5 or a stock photo from forge would be good.

The forge one only has x3 ports why is this?

The one in the pic has an additional pipe/sensor fitted.

Front N/s pipe goes to actuator
Back N/s goes to middle of carb
Front O/s goes to FPR
Back O/s is a water injection
