Is there any differance between a cup wheel and a spare wheel off a 5. Also what is the offset on them please.
The offset - Steel is ET35, Cup is ET16.

thanks mart. other than the offset is there any differance in appearance as both seem to have the same style on the front. unless the spare wheel i have is a cup wheel?

i get what your saying, but without having them side by side i didnt know the differance, they all seem to have the same appearance unless im getting my wires crossed.

They're exactly the same apart from the offset. When you've got one of each, side by side, the difference is very easy to spot.

They're exactly the same apart from the offset. When you've got one of each, side by side, the difference is very easy to spot.

That's only the width. They cut the rim and add a band but it's on the inside of the wheel.

I just weighed a couple in like that, banded out to 7" must have got 50p for them :D
