who went thats still on here? flicking thru an old copy of pgti and i've spotted my raider on there, owned by lee mcauley... it made 58bhp! ha ha

I was there in my old white gtt. The raider misfired like feck on boost, i think it was fuel pressure related. A lad up newcastle way who i used to know owned it at one point.
No way thats my old phase 1 (d55uvl)
dose it say in the mag what it made?

still does now a little bit, yeah i've got loads of reciepts from up newcastle way, loads of history with the car, even a fully stamped service book (never seen one before) but car is a shed :laugh:

Not sure if I'd bother to go back there to be honest.
Had a quick chat with the lad doing the runs and explained that it had a non standard gearbox in it and that third gear ratios were the same as an original 182's fourth gear. As I wasn't sure if it would make a difference.
He started saying it would need to be run in fifth because of the different ratios to which I explained the above again to him again, he then proceeded to do a power run in third at my request only to fill the dyno room with tyre smoke, now I'm not being funny but Ashy's made within 1bhp of mine running in fourth (the same as my third) and there wasn't a hint of tyre smoke to be seen (admittedly he did have a little engine bay fire LOL).
He probably knocked a good couple of thousand miles of my tyres and proceeded to hand my car back to me saying it was too much in third, what a bell end.
They did a top job on my impreza!!

I was there in B18gtt with cij power!:D I think it made 180bhp and 179ftlbs. Some one with the mag should correct me if im wrong. Was nigh on 200bhp when i sold the engine and then it was seen in a clio 16v doing 45 runs at pod pulling low 14's!! Miss it a bit as it was an awesome engine.:agree:

They did a top job on my impreza!!
I've always found them spot on, good set up and top rollers. We will be having another day there this year.

Ah cool, yeah i forgot about the ATW figuers. Not too shabby at all!:D

me i took my old 328 coupe just b4 brizza owned it and wrote it off :cry:.......it was my little uns first car event...got loads of good photos on paper though.
in fact got loads of rr events on vid from back in the day when it was the norm to get 230-255 out of a c1j.........no nos......ha looks like most have been detuning since then :laugh:
