can carb be set so turbo can spool up earlier or later. should it kick in at 3500 rpm.

a t2 should be spooling at 2k and hitting full boost at 3k

It's not a VNT turbo matey as already mentioned above it will spool about 2k and full boost at 2800-3000rpm
