Ebay user... are you an rtoc member

Bought a new rear light on december 6th.

Still not recived it.. comunication now stopped after i asked for refund as i have not recived goods. Refund requested due to being told goods were sent... so they can sort it with claims at the post office... why should i suffer.
the user on ebay is

other thing is they say they are selling on behalf of paul white / renaults

if you leave it too long you wont be able to make a claim through paypal ,, i think its 40 days,
i was stung 95 squid for an intercooler the guy promised me a refund after it never showed up then after the 40 days were up stopped contacting me and i lost the money ,, :mad:
