MOT time need help with recommendations for good garages

my 5 gt is due mot in feb. get paid 22nd, and i want a good garage in north west england where i can send it for some work. im after the following work, i could do alot myself but unfortunatly havent got the time or space to do it at mo :(

so i think for mot my tubby will need

rear discs n pads
new speedo cable fitting (little black clip was temperamental now doesnt work at all)
possible track rod and cv on front


and i also want garage to

fit front springs
adjust torsion bar to match and align wheels

and depending on the funds situation and how mot goes possible uprating of clutch

so any members who know someone who doesnt mind playing with 5s or any member who wants to have a go at it for few quid just give me heads up as i will b gettin funds on 22nd jan so will need to be fast moving after then for feb 12th mot

Hey all thats possible. Only real headache is the torsion bar might be an idea to start spraying wd40 inside the cap and that general area.
We dont do MOT's ourselfs but we do about 2 a day and take them to a local garage were very friendly with. If you want to give us a ring were open tomorrow usual times. the number is 0151 339 2100. Not much on my profile at the moment so basically my dad was an rte(renault technical expert) for 8-9 years and worked with renault for about 20 years, we're renault specialists and my uncle is the main MOT tester for renault liverpool.

For MOT's I use either Dave Campbell Auto's in Eastham or Montador Motor Engineers in Birkenhead. For general work try Tony/Tony's dad in Neston or give myself a shout.... :)

Spooky my MOT is due up in Apr 10. Might pop up as i am only 45 mins away, ish!
