when i hit max boost the choke cam on back of carb pushes out and sprays fuel everywhere is there a seal for this in a carb rebuild kit.

Is this the shaft at the bottom of the carb your on about? If so yes they have some new seals in the kit for this

its the shaft at top of carb were the choke flap is. it sprays out at about 6000rpm on boost the shaft comes out a couple of mil and fuel sprays out.

Ah that one, they are brass bush's in there and don;t come with the kit.
I've not seen the shaft come out before, its held in with the flap, i think i got some spare bush's here if you need some.

Or lose the choke all together, tap the hole with an m10 tap insert suitable bolt job done.
