Me old dear has a pug 306 hdi, yesturday she decided to tell me that a week ago it lost alot power, oh great I thought she's fecked up another motor, right start with the basics, top the oil up from where it was on the minimum mark and top off the coolant aswell, next took it for a test drive, she was right no power at all, felt like the turbo wasn't doing anything so I got it back home and took the airbox off and revved it up abit, nope the turbo the is spooling and sucking loads of air, a boost leak maybe, no clouds of black smoke out the exhaust like you'd normally get but I think thats cus its got a maf and only adds fuel the air going in.
As far I can find there's no boost leak but then I can't get down the back of the engine to where pug burried the damn turbo to be 100% sure.
Has anyone had a similar problem or know what the problem might be?
